By way of present application, applicant prayed for condonation of delay of 06 years and 08 months caused in filing the appeal. Learned appointed Counsel for the Applicant invited our attention to the grounds stated in the application and particularly ground No. 7 and submitted that the delay caused in filing appeal is due to bona fide reasons.
