By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent i.e. Ganeshpuri Police Station, to investigate and lodge criminal prosecution against the concerned person as per the petitioner's complaint dated 1st February 2021. SQ Pathan 1/2

25-WP-2347-2022.doc Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite having filed the said complaint with the said police station i.e. Ganeshpuri Police Station on 1st February 2021, no steps have been taken by the concerned police on her complaint. Learned A.P.P, on instructions of Ms. Rupali Gund, PSI, Ganeshpuri Police Station, who is present in Court, states that the police will investigate and take appropriate decision on the said complaint dated 1st February 2021 and will communicate its decision to petitioner, within 4 weeks from today. Statement accepted. In view of the above statement made by the learned A.P.P, nothing survives for consideration in the petition. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition or the complaint.
