Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of these petitions directing the Respondent No.1 Land Acquisition Officer to decide the Petitioners' applications under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, copy of which is annexed at Exh.'B', as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of this order on its own merit and in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly. 2.
