Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, Petitioner has been transferred to Paithan Open Prison on 22nd June 2019.

2. In view thereof, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.

3. We make it clear that, if Petitioner has further grievance with respect to his treatment, he is at liberty to file a fresh application before the Competent Authority for the same.
