The Petition is filed essentially challenging the measures taken by the Respondent No.1 under the provisions of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioner has an efficacious alternate remedy. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. 2.

The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to resort to the alternative remedy.
