This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of petitioner No.2, Mohammad Arshed Mohammed Siddique Kazi, since deceased. Petitioner No.2 died on 4th August, 2017 leaving behind petitioners No.2(A) and 2(G). Application is filed 23rd April, 2018. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning delay of 172 days in filing application. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
