1) The impugned Notice under section 111 of the Code of Criminal Procedure dated 1st March 2022, was received by the Petitioner on 10th March 2022.

As per section 116(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the proceedings initiated by Respondent No.3 under section 111 of the Code stands terminated, as the inquiry contemplated under the said provision is not completed within a period of six months from 10th March 2022. 2) In view of the above, petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
