By this petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
Ms Bhende, learned Assistant Government Pleader, states that the respondents desired to comply with the order of this Honourable Court but there was some delay in granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner. It is stated that the approval is

In view of the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we dispose of the Contempt petition with no order as to costs.
