CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 212 OF 2015 (For bail) WITH CRIMINAL APPLICATION NO. 213 OF 2015 (For suspension of sentence) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and the learned additional public prosecutor for the State in both the applications.
The applicants be released on bail in sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs.10,000/- in lieu of surety. The substantive sentence imposed on the applicant shall remain suspended during the pendency of the revision application.
The Applicants shall deposit Rs.2,50,000/- in the trial court within a period of 10 days from today. If the said amount of Rs.2,50,000/- is not deposited within the period of 10 days from today, the bail order shall stand revoked. The learned Magistrate shall take necessary steps to arrest the applicant and send him to prison for undergoing sentence.

Criminal Application No. 212 of 2015 for bail and Criminal Application No. 213 of 2015 for suspension of sentence shall stand disposed of in the above terms. (JUDGE) .....
