Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that a certificate under section 32 M of the Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Land Act is issued in favour of the Petitioners and hence, he seeks liberty to withdraw the petition. However, it appears that the amount has not been disbursed. In the eventuality that there are any objections to disbursement, the same shall be decided within 8 weeks and if there are no objections, the amount be disbursed in favour of the Petitioners.
