By an order dated 3.5.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief.

Perused the record of investigation. The record indicates that coaccused namely Sagar Mule, Harish Rajut, Shabir Mansuri and Amol Ganvir are arrested by the police. It is revealed during investigation that co-accused Amol Ganvir is the owner of Apex Enterprises. It is also revealed that the said Apex Enterprises sold and supplied goods worth Rs.25,00,000/- to the present applicant and the said transaction between Amol Ganvir and the applicant herein is a bonafide and genuine transaction. Prima facie, it appears that though Amol Ganvir is an Page-1/2

8-aba-808-17 accused in the present crime, the present applicant has no role to play in it. In view thereof, the applicant deserves to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

The interim relief granted by an order dated 3.5.2017 is hereby confirmed.
