The application is moved for relaxation of condition No. 3 of the order dated 10th September, 2015 and the investigating agency of Cuffe Parade police station, Mumbai be directed to return the passport to the applicant/accused for a limited period i.e. from 4th May, 2016 to 5th June, 2016 as she wants to travel abroad and also seeks permission to travel Europe. As per condition (iv) in the impugned order dated 10th September, 2015, the applicant/accused has deposited Rs. 7 lacs in the Registry of this Court. 1 / 2

The learned prosecutor submits that the applicant/accused be directed to give itinerary and she be directed to deposit the passport with the police after returning from abroad. 4.

In view of this, the application is allowed.

The applicant/accused is permitted to travel abroad from 4th May, 2016 to 5th June, 2016. The concerned police station is directed to return the passport of the applicant/accused immediately. She is directed to submit her itinerary and her place of abode in Europe and return the passport on or before 10th June, 2016 to the concerned police station.
