The above Civil Application has been filed seeking the relief that the registry be directed to accept the cheque for the quarterly compensation for the period November 2016 to January 2017 in terms of the order dated 99-2015. The amount for the said quarterly period could not be deposited within the time frame that was stipulated for the reasons mentioned in the above Civil Application. The overlap is of a period of 14 days. None appears for the Respondent though served. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Time to deposit the amount is extended up to 6-5-2017. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
