By these Civil Applications, Applicant is seeking extention of interim protection granted by this court by order dated 21.2.2019.

The learned counsel for the applicant 3/5

submits that this court (Coram: Smt. Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) by order dated 21.2.2019 granted 3 weeks time from the date of uploading the order. He submits that order dated 21.2.2019 was uploaded on 02.04.2019.

Today is last date. He submits that applicant wants to file SLP in Supreme Court. He submits that copy of SLP is ready. Hence, he filed application for extention of time.

The learned counsel for the respondent Corporation vehemently opposed the present Civil Application. She submits that they are ready and willing to provide alternate accommodation to the applicant inspite of that, they are seeking extention of time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, interim protection granted by this court by order dated 21.2.2019 and as SLP is ready, in the interest of justice, following order is passed: a.

Interim protection granted by this court by order dated 21.2.2019 is extended till 2.5.2019 as a last chance.

All the Civil Applications stands disposed of accordingly.
