By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against Respondent No.1 to allow them to participate in "E" Tender for Receipt of Sludge/Waste Oil/Bilge Oil and Slops from Ships calling at Jawaharlal Nehru Port by relaxing some conditions.

The learned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that they have cancelled the said tender.
