By consent of the parties, the proceedings being Misc. Application No.58 of 2020 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Udgir, the proceedings being Petition No.A-737 of 2019 pending on the file of Family Court, Nashik are ordered to be transferred to Family Court, Pune to be heard with Petition No.PA-76 of 2020 initiated by the respondent/wife for restitution of conjugal rights. 2.

The aforesaid order is passed by consent of the parties keeping in mind the fact that the parties and the Court's precious time is saved in the matter of recording of evidence on the issue repeatedly and to avoid recording of contradictory findings. 3.
