According to the learned counsel for the Applicant-Appellant, the said order could not be taken to its logical end as the record and proceedings are transferred to this Court in the pending Appeal. 3.

Statement to that effect is made in paragraph 9 of the application.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the Interim Application No. 2157 of 2021 stands disposed of.
