By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought the following relief : "a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order and direction directing to the respondent No. 1 and 2 hold inquiry against the respondent No.3 as why he has missused his power vested with him and respondent No.3 shall be dealt in accordance with law, on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper".

The Petitioner has directly filed this Petition without approaching Respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will bring to the notice of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, which according to the Petitioner are misuse of powers by Respondent No.3. Thereupon, Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 would take such necessary action as they deem fit in the facts and law. Subject to earlier time bound commitments and pressing public duties, the concerned authorities will make an endeavour to consider the application at the earliest. By this order, we should not be deemed to have commented on the merits of the Petitioner's contention.
