In the affidavit in reply, respondent bank has stated that there was a breach of OTS agreement made by petitioner and, therefore, his remaining properties were sold. Respondent has stated that the bank is ready to pay the balance amount to the credit of petitioner lying with the bank. Petitioner may approach the bank.
