The Appeal is filed, being aggrieved by the Judgment and order dated 14.02.2023, passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, in POCSO Special Case No.2/2022, which convicted the Appellant for offence under the Indian Penal Code and POCSO Act and sentenced imprisonment.
