The petitioner prays for direction to respondent- The Grocery Market and Shops Board (hereinafter referred to as 'Board') to implement the order/communication dated 4th March, 2014 (exhibit 'Q' to the petition). Learned Counsel submits that according to the communication the work is allotted to the Toli. Another grievance is that respondent no.3 is being paid wages without working. Learned Counsel appearing for respondents 3 to 5 submits that they have preferred a petition to the State against the
2/2 wp5425.14.sxw communication exhibit 'Q' and so far there is no interim order passed by the State.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Board submits that no decision could be taken by the Board on the grievance of the parties as respondents 3 to 5 approached State.

We find that the issues raised herein could be available for consideration of the Board. The Board shall look into the grievance of the petitioner. The Board is not supposed to wait for the outcome of the proceedings initiated by respondents 3 to 5 before the State. 4.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits with the aforesaid directions to the Board, writ petition is disposed of. Board shall take decision within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. (A.S. GADKARI, J.) (NARESH H. PATIL, J.) L.S. Panjwani, P.S.
