This is an application received through jail. 2.

By the present application the applicant is seeking direction for modification of the order dated 15/01/2016, thereby imposing condition to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount by the order dated 15/01/2016 of this Court in B.A. No.1744/15. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though order granting bail to the applicant is passed on Nesarikar

2 / 2 916-APPP-384-16.odt 15/01/2016, the applicant is unable to submit solvent local sureties, as he hails from economically lower strata of the society. She therefore prayed that the said condition may be suitably modified by granting permission to furnish the cash surety.

The reasons stated in the application, the condition to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.25,000/- is hereby modified and applicant is permitted to furnish P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more local sureties in the like amount. 5.

Rest of the conditions imposed on the applicant by order dated 15/01/2016 are hereby maintained. 6.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 7.

The Registry is directed to communicate the order to the applicant in jail.
