DATED : 7th JULY, 2023 P.C:- The second bail application is filed on the ground claiming parity that co-accused Anwar Iqbal Khan, who was released on bail on 11/10/2022 after application of the applicant, was permitted to be withdrawn.

With the able assistance of the counsel for the applicant, I have perused the order dated 11/10/2022 and on reading the same, by no stretch of imagination can parity be applicable to the present applicant. It is to be noted that the Sessions Court on 3/04/2023, has rejected the bail application filed by the applicant on third occasion by recording that the informant came before the Court and said that he has no objection to grant the bail. This itself speak of volume. Hence the application deserve a rejection, one another time. Since the learned APP state that the charge is already framed, concerned Judge in sessions case shall expedite the trial. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Ashish
