This application is filed by the applicants-accused, who are facing trial under section 302 and MCOC Act in Sessions Case No.212 of 201. It is informed by the learned Sessions Judge that charges are not framed in this matter and the matter is fixed on 3.12.2016 for deciding the application. This application is made by the applicants-accused that their matter is to be expedited.

The case is pending since last 5 years and hence, the learned Sessions Judge is directed to take up the matter; frame charges and complete the trial on or before 30.6.2017.
