Heard the learned counsel (appointed) and the learned APP. The learned APP has produced nominal roll which shows that as per order No.477 of 2019 dated 12th June 2019 benefit of remission scheme on account of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar is extended to the petitioner and 90 days of his punishment has been waived.

In view of this position brought on record by the learned APP, we dispose of the present petition as infructuous. Needless to mention that contentions, if any, of the petitioner in this respect are kept open. Order be communicated to prisoner in jail.
