Mr. Bhavake learned counsel for the petitioners in this batch of petitions tenders copies of the orders passed by the Education Officer (Secondary) granting approval to the appointment of the petitioners in the above matters from the date mentioned therein passed during the pendancy of these petitions. Copies of the orders are taken on record.

The management is, accordingly, directed to submit the pay bills in respect of these petitioners with the Education Department, within two weeks from the date of communication of this order. The Deputy Director of Education shall enter the names of the petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali and allot Shalarth ID, within two weeks from today. The Education Officer (Secondary) shall release the payment due to the petitioners within four weeks from the date

The Education officer shall release the requisite amount of grant payable to the management in respect of payment of entitlement of these petitioners within four weeks from today.
