By this application through jail, the applicant prays for expeditious disposal of his case in a time bound manner. He prays that his case be concluded within three months.

Learned amicus curiae submits that charge was framed in the said case on 1st October, 2015. The recording of evidence has commenced. 3.

Considering that the recording of evidence has already commenced, the learned Judge shall make an endeavor to dispose of the said case as expeditiously as possible.
