Learned AGP on instructions states that the State Government will decide the representation dated 21st April, 2017 (Exhibit 'B' to the petition) within a period of eight weeks from today. We accept the said statement. Accordingly, writ petition disposed of by directing the State Government to dispose of the representation within a period of eight weeks from today. Order passed on representation shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.
