The petitioner raised 3 objections to the Ward formation declared by Respondent No.1 in respect of Village Kalkhairwadi, Taluka Baramati, District Pune. Out of three objections, two objections are allowed and one objection is rejected by the Collector, Pune by his order dated 9.4.2018. Aggrieved by the rejection of his objection, the petitioner has approached this Court invoking its jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Meanwhile, the election programme for village Kalkhairwadi is published on 20.4.2018. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
