Heard Shri, Gharate, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

The claim is that the Respondent-University has not released the dues of gratuity, bonus and leave encashment to which the Petitioner was entitled.

My attention is invited to the order passed by College Tribunal dated 6th October, 2001. Learned counsel submits that though

Apart from the fact the claim as is sought before this Court is vague and that is not supported by any statutory provisions, in my opinion, the petition suffers from delay and no case for interference is made out. The petition fails and as such dismissed. ( NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
