In the matter of farmer's suicide, there is a suo motu petition bearing Suo Motu Petition No. 176 of 2016 pending in this Court. We have also appointed an Amicus Curiae to assist us. Accordingly, it is not necessary to entertain yet another public interest litigation on the same subject. If the petitioner has any additional suggestions, he is at liberty to present the same in the suo motu petition, preferably through Amicus Curiae. 2.

With aforesaid observations and liberty, this public interest litigation is disposed of.
