Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 are the contesting Respondents. There was an order disqualifying the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 under Section 78(A) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 ('the said Act' for short). Thereafter, the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 approached the Hon'ble Minister. The Hon'ble Minister stayed the order of disqualifcation. The Petitioner No.1-Society challenged the stay granted by the Hon'ble Minister in this Court. This Court by an interim order, directed the Hon'ble Minister to proceed with the hearing of the Appeal under Section 152 of the said Act. This Court further restrained the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 from interfering in the process of administration of the Petitioner

36. WP 3783-21.doc No.1-Society. Learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that he is not opposed to the stay granted by this Court being continued till the disposal of the proceedings before the Hon'ble Minister, but requests the proceedings be decided expeditiously.

In this view of the matter, the Hon'ble Minister is directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from 15.09.2021. Parties to appear on 15.09.2021 at 3.00 p.m.

Keeping all contentions open, the interim order passed by this Court on 14.06.2021 to continue till the decision of the Appeal before the State Government.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
