By a reasoned order dated 3.5.2017 the applicant was granted interim relief. As noted in the said order the applicant is the aunt of accused No.1 Viru Bairagi. It prima facie appears that the applicant has not-played major role in the said crime. After perusal of record, this Court is of the opinion that for further investigation of the present crime, custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 3.5.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is hereby waived.
