P.C.:- Having heard Mr. Suryavanshi, the learned counsel for the Appellant at some length but expressing our disinclination to grant any reliefs, Mr. Suryavanshi, seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal. However, he prays that the Appellant be granted time to surrender before the Investigating Officer of the concerned police station. 2.

Bearing in mind his request we allow the Appellant time to surrender before the concerned police station till 2nd May, 2018, failing which all consequences in law shall follow. 3.

The Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
