Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State.

By this application, the applicant seeks return of passport as he intends to

travel abroad from 9th May, 2015 to 12th May, 2015. He has annexed a copy of E-ticket and Visa to the application.

For the aforesaid reasons as the applicant intends to travel abroad for his business purpose from 9th May, 2015 to 12th May, 2015, the investigating officer of the Borivali Police Station, Mumbai to return the passport of the applicant today so as to enable him to travel abroad from 9th May, 2015 to 12th May, 2015. The applicant on his return from abroad shall surrender his passport to the investigating officer, Borivali Police Station, Mumbai. The learned APP to communicate this order to the Borivali Police Station, Mumbai forthwith.

The application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
