Nobody appears for the parties. This court has still not issued notices to the respondents. KSK Retail Outlet dealership was allotted to respondent no.3 on 21/10/2016. Petition challenging it has been sworn on 25/3/2017 and filed on 02/05/2017. It is therefore, apparent that the petitioner does not appear to be interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, writ petition is dismissed.
