Learned APP upon instructions informs that his request is already granted but it could not be implemented because of model code of conduct which is still going on due to election process. The last phase of poll in the state of Maharashtra is already over on 29/4/2019. 2.

In this situation, we direct the respondent to take necessary steps to enable the petitioner to avail the furlough leave as per law within next two weeks.
