Heard the learned counsel for the applicants. 2.

The applicants seek extension of further time to furnish surety in terms of the order dated 3rd May, 2021, which came to be further extended by an order dated 27th April, 2022. In the order dated 27th April, 2022 time to furnish surety stood extended by one week with a clear direction that failure to submit surety within the stipulated period will result in cancellation of bail without further reference to the Court.

The learned counsel submits that the applicants have completed the necessary formalities to furnish the surety. However, in view of the holidays in the intervening period, the order could not Vishal Parekar ...1

In view of the aforesaid submission, by way of final indulgence, time to furnish surety stands extended by one week from today.
