By the above Misc. Civil Application filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the Applicant-wife seeks transfer of Petition No. PA-184 of 2017 seeking restitution of conjugal rights filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the Family Court, Pune to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli. 2.

At the time of hearing of the above Misc. Civil Application, the parties have agreed that the trial of Petition No. PA-184 of 2017 pending before the Family Court, Pune, shall be conducted through Video Conferencing. Hence, the following order : i.

The trial of Petition No. PA-184 of 2017 seeking restitution of conjugal rights filed by the Respondent-husband pending before the Family Court at Pune, shall be conducted through Video Conferencing.

ii.

The District Court at Sangli shall render all assistance to the Applicant and

The parties shall not seek any adjournment unless absolutely necessary. iv.

The Family Court at Pune shall not grant any adjournment unless absolutely necessary.

v.

The Family Court at Pune shall endeavour to dispose of Petition No. PA-184 of 2017 within a period of six months from the date of this order. vi.

The above Misc. Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
