1) Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the contract work is almost completed by the Respondent No.3 and as such, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the petition. The only prayer that remains to be considered, is in respect of the refund of the EMD amount. The learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2, on instructions, states that the EMD amount admissible to the petitioner would be paid expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. Statement made is accepted.
