Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, subsequent to filing of present Petition dated 1st April 2019, the Petitioner was released on Covid-19 parole leave on 21st July 2020 and he returned to the jail authority within stipulated period.
