The applicant had earlier preferred an application for bail wherein by order dated 7th August, 2014, trial was expedited and the trial Court was directed to make an endeavour to complete the trial at an early date. The applicant thereafter preferred another application before this Court wherein by order dated 21st April, 2015, liberty to the applicant has granted to apply a fresh bail application in the event the trial is not concluded within a period of four months. In view of the liberty granted by this Court, the applicant has preferred this application for bail.

Learned APP on instruction submitted that the trial had proceeded and so far about 29 witnesses are examined. The prosecution intends to examine 5 more witnesses in this case. 3.

Learned advocate for the applicant submitted that the time as stipulated by this Court to conclude the trial was over long back and trial ought to have concluded as directed by this Court. She further submitted that in view of the statement made by the prosecution, the trial Court may directed to conclude the trial within a period of one month from today.

Taking into consideration the fact that only five witnesses are remained to be examined, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of one month from today. To facilitate expeditious conclusion of trial, the accused to be produced in the trial Court on the date of hearing.

Application stands disposed of.
