This Application is for restoration of Civil Application No.205 of 2018 which stood dismissed on 14.3.2018 as per the conditional order dated 28.2.2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) for nonremoval of office objections and also for condonation of 39 days delay. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, we are satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Mohite 1/2

6 cam154-18.doc Application. Hence, following order is passed: a) Delay in preferring the Civil Application is condoned. b) Order dated 28.02.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

c) Civil Application No. 205 of 2017 is restored on file. d) Applicant to remove all office objections in Civil Application No.205 of 2017 within 3 weeks from today, failing which the present Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
