It is informed that the redetermined amount of compensation under the Award dated 8th July 2016, has been transferred to the account of the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), i.e., respondent No.1. The amount that has already been transferred by the City and Industrial Development Corporation (Maharashtra) Limited-CIDCO in the account of the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) pursuant to the declaration of the Award, shall have to be disbursed to the persons interested to receive the amount.
