The learned Addl.GP for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents have also signed the consent terms. Hence, we pass the following order:

(i) The appeal and the cross-objection are disposed of in terms of the consent terms;

(ii) A decree/ award shall be drawn in terms of the consent terms only after the deficit court fee is deposited on the crossobjection; (iii) The appellant will be entitled to refund of court fee on the appeal as per rules and the respondents will be entitled to refund of court fee on the cross-objection as per rules.
