By order dated 21 July 2017, consent of the parties was recorded to appoint Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.R.Sathe (Retired) as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. Awaiting the disclosure as required under Section 11(8) read with Section 12(1) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996, this petition was adjourned. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered the disclosure as made by the proposed learned Arbitrator. The same is taken on record.

The petition is accordingly disposed of by appointing Hon'ble Mr.Justice S.R.Sathe (Retd.) as Sole Arbitrator to arbitrate
