As per the order dated 13th December 2023 passed in Criminal Appeal No.1321 of 2023 the Applicant was directed not to enter the Shahapur Revenue Taluka for one year. It is on the basis of his criminal past. Now, he want to contest election for Bhiwandi Lok Sabha constituency as independent candidate. Shahapur Taluka comes under Pallavi 1/2

6-IA-1666-2024.doc that constituency that is why, relaxation is sought. Necessary notification for election is annexed. For filing nomination form at Bhiwandi there will not be an issue but for canvassing he is required to enter Shahapur Taluka which forms part of Bhiwandi constituency. Election results would be declared on 4th June 2024. Hence, the following modification be done as under:- (a) Condition No. (iv) of operative part of order imposed on 13th December 2023 not to enter Shahapur Revenue Taluka for one (1) year be relaxed from today i.e. 2 nd May 2024 till 4 th June 2024 .

(b) Interim Application is disposed of.
