Notices to Respondent Nos. 1 to 5 are not necessary in view of the prayer of the applicant. Since the applicant (father) has filed a case against his sons, daughter, and daughter-in-law under section 24 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, it is directed that the case shall be heard expeditiously and shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of an authenticated copy of this order.
