1] For the reasons set out in the civil application, the same is allowed and the first appeal is restored. This shall however be subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) to respondent nos. 1(a) to 1(d). Such costs to be deposited in this court within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter the respondents will be at liberty to withdrawn the same. In case the costs are not deposited, then the civil application shall be treated as dismissed.
