By this interim application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition by setting aside the order dated 09/03/2022 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) of this Court, dismissing the writ petition filed by the petitioner on the ground of non removal of office objection, within the time prescribed. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the reasons for non-removal of office objections, within the prescribed period, are recorded in the interim application.

For the reasons stated in the interim application, the interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) of the application. Writ petition is restored to file on the condition that the applicant/petitioner shall remove all the office objections within a period of three weeks from today. 4.
